Welcome to Spotless India. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services

  • Spotless India provides professional home cleaning and maid services for residential properties (1 BHK, 2 BHK, 3 BHK, 4 BHK) across India.
  • Service scope includes deep cleaning, dusting, mopping, bathroom & kitchen cleaning, and maid assistance as requested.
  • Spotless India reserves the right to refuse service if the property is deemed unsafe or if service requirements exceed our standard scope.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Services can be booked via Call: 7675862858 or WhatsApp: 7013090360.
  • Payments are due as per the selected plan. Advanced payments or partial payments may be required for bookings.
  • Discounts of 5% to 10% are applicable for eligible customers.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.
  • Rescheduling is allowed based on staff availability.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure safe access to the property and notify Spotless India of any hazards.
  • Spotless India is not responsible for pre-existing damage or fragile items unless informed in advance.

5. Liability

  • Spotless India will take all precautions to protect property and belongings.
  • We are not liable for accidental damages caused by unavoidable circumstances or misuse of household items.

6. Privacy Policy

  • Customer information including contact details and address will be used solely for providing services and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

7. Changes to Terms

  • Spotless India reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
  • Updated terms will be communicated on the website and are effective immediately upon posting.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, unless specified otherwise.
